The new Penal Code

The new Penal Process Code that started in 09/15 is strongly contested by judges,police and civil society.
The political power gave 15 days to start this new Code what is a very short time .
The Courts gonna have to send home criminals because the preventive arrest is shortened.
Till now were sent home 120 prisoners,among them rapers and murderers.
This caused insecurity among the ordinary people.
The new Penal Code has some new stuff that brings to the suspects a more protective law.
No more interrogations as Kate Mccann had(15 hours),even we know this is a special case cause the foreign language spoken made the time go by slowly.
Anyway the Portuguese Government made "shit".
