Ilheu quarter and the Malvinas quarter are two problematic quarters in Camara dos Lobos,at Madeira Island.
There,the so called social houses with low rents ,have a huge concentration of people by house.

Indicate places to put your car in exchange of a coin,selling paper saints,begging money and......some of them enter the pedophilia ring.

The rest they caught,spend it in drugs,clothes,ice creams and all the stuff children usually like.
Anyhow,things are changing.

But the problem is ,that is not enough.
The social security and all those involved in save those children need to work at night,out of offices,in the place where things happen.
But this is a impossible mission.
In Malvinas quarter and old woman try to put in order some kids.
She had 15 children and has now 90 grandchildren.
In her house,a T4 lives 23 persons,13 little children.
Having a baby at 14 is normal and a joy to family,cause her mother and grandmother did the same.
