Como demonstrado em reportagem hoje,na TV,a empresa Método3 tentou associar o desaparecimento de Maddie e o caso Joana para destruir o inspector Gonçalo Amaral.
Também chegou aos jornais que apenas cerca de 30% do Fundo Maddie foram usados na sua procura.

As shown in a tv investigation broadcasted today,Método3 joined the Maddie loss and Joana Cipriano murder to destroy the credibility of Judiciary inspector Gonçalo Amaral.
Also the newspapers said that only 30% of the Maddie's found was used in her search.

O Ministério Público britânico ponderava acusar os McCann de negligência, mas concluiu não ter jurisdição sobre o caso, já que este ocorreu em Portugal.

Dois anos de cadeia é a moldura penal que poderia abater-se sobre o casal Kate e Gerry, caso fossem acusados por negligência pelo Ministério Público britânico.

A entidade encetou uma "discussão informal" para apurar se algum crime foi cometido pelos McCann, na noite do desaparecimento de Maddie, tendo concluído que não tem jurisdição sobre este caso. A informação é avançada pela edição online do Daily Express.

"Em Portugal, o acto cometido pelo casal inglês configura o crime de “Abandono de criança”, de acordo com advogado Santos Oliveira.
Contactada pelo aeiou, fonte da Procuradoria-Geral da República diz apenas que "não há qualquer decisão sobre o assunto".

“Os pais deveriam ter sido constituídos arguidos por abandono dos seus filhos, ao abrigo do nº2 do artigo 138 do Código Penal. Nem que fosse como medida cautelar. Não os ter constituído arguidos é dar um mau exemplo para os portugueses. Esta é a nossa lei. Os pais têm obrigação de proteger os filhos”, declarou o advogado à revista TVmais.

Elizabeth Romão, advogada a exercer no Algarve, afirmou que “o facto de os 3 meninos terem sido deixados no quarto a dormir sozinhos pode configurar o crime de abandono, com dolo eventual. Isto é, sem intenção. Se o MP não acusou é porque não conhece factos suficientes” referiu à mesma fonte.

A man accused of rape his sister,his daughter and another little girl,now murdered Mari Luz,even condemned to jail,never was in prison.
Maddie just vanished,as thousands and thousands of other children.

Every day in the world,little children are abused,and nothing happens.

According to a report in today's ABC, neither of the two autopsies performed on little Mari Luz Cortés, the five year old girl whose body was discovered in an estuary near Huelva last Friday has established whether she was murdered or died accidentally. The autopsies did reveal that Mari Luz sustained a broken rib and a head injury, but it appears that neither were responsible for her death and may have been caused post-mortem as a result of the body washing up against rocks. It is clear that the girl died within 48 hours of her disappearance and was neither raped nor strangled, though the condition of the corpse made it impossible for asphyxia to be ruled out. Mari Luz disappeared from near her home in the city's El Torrejón district on the evening of January 13th and was found more than a kilometre away, leading investigators to conclude that it is unlikely that she arrived there unaccompanied on foot, especially given that she would have had to cross a busy main road tio get there. However, there are various ditches and drains that lead directly from the El Torrejón district where Mari Luz lived to the estuary where her body was found.

1-The detective from Metodo 3,Antonio J.R.,who questioned the witnesses from Maddie affair, was arrested in 02/23,accused of stilling 400 Kg of cocaine in the time he was the Chief Inspector from the Crime and Organized branch of Barcelona Police.
Nothing to do with the Metodo 3 work.....i guess.
2-The same dogs who searched Maddie,found in the Isle of Jersey a little girl body,killed and put under concrete in the eighties.
