Scandal

MADELEINE: NANNY NAMES MURAT AS 'PROWLER'

A MAN who looks like Robert Murat tried to climb into the apartment where Madeleine McCann went missing at a time when another child was alone inside, it was claimed last night.
A new witness, who worked as a nanny at the Ocean Club in Praia da Luz, has given a sworn statement about the incident to detectives in the UK and Spain.
The British girl claims she disturbed a prowler, described as looking identical to official suspect Murat, trying to climb in through the ground-floor window of apartment 5A six months before Madeleine disappeared.
The babysitter immediately reported the incident to management at the Mark Warner resort, who passed the information to Portuguese police.
The woman, who has asked not to be named, said she left a baby sleeping in the apartment while she went to get something to eat. On her return she startled the man, who saw her coming and fled shouting, “No, no”.
Details of the sighting have been given to detectives at Metodo 3, the Barcelona-based agency hired by the McCanns three months ago. Investigators are now working on the description of a man in his 30s with dark hair."

New abuses in the Casa Pia
A sculptors house in Lisbon, where known artists and other figures use to be, is to be investigated by the Public prosecution service in the scope of the new case of sexual abuses involving the Casa Pia.
A 14 years old boy, received in the Filipe Cruz House, already gave declaration in the inquiry, that is lead by the solicitor João Guerra (magistrate that investigated the 2002 cases). The young accuses an educator, Pablo R., which will serve of intermediary, leading the pupils to related sculptor house. This case it is very recent and did not consist of the denunciation made in May by Catalina Pestana.
The Jose's acusations (fictitious name) are corroborated by other young ones inquired by newspaper "Sol" and that they told suffered abuses. The witnesses still make reference to reference the 2002 case: Manuel, of 16 years, relates to have been led by Carlos Silvino(now on trial for pedophililia) to a house in Lisbon - and is said can testify to the authorities. The educator Pablo R. - with who the "Sol" tried to speak, without success - he was suspended in the monday. The direction of Casa Pia(from whom depends Filipe Cruz House) also restored a labor dispute on grounds of discipline to an educator for breaking of the rules of monitoring in the institution.

We have reason to believe that Richard Craig Torres is currently in Southern California, (possibly the Escondido area) hiding out. This pathetic excuse for a human not only molested a child, he also took advantage of several women one of which was a blind woman with a disabled child. It doesn’t get much lower than that.

Torres met one of his girlfriends in a chat room. He took $6000 from her and used it to buy drinks on one of his nights out with the guys. He convinced another girlfriend to buy him a truck and a boat. Maxing out his girlfriends credit cards, stealing their money, and leaving them financially ruined, this guy is a real piece of work.

This guy doesn’t stop there. His lies and deciept go even further as he claims to be an Army Ranger and says he was awarded the Medal of Honor.

Richard Craig Torres is wanted on 10 counts of child molestation (bail is $750,000). He’s 38 years old, 5’9”, flabby, with brown hair and green eyes.


He was recently living in Sacramento, California, but we think he’s now in Southern California, possibly the Escondido area, where he has family.
